Chukar implements many welding processes including MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux Core Arc, Sub Arc, and Laser Welding. We are also capable of welding most materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum.
Chukar specializes in rolling, bending and forming of pipe, tube, structural shapes and plate. Weather you need a simple pipe bend or a complex compound roll on a large I Beam we have the equipment to meet your needs.
Chukar has a variety of manual machines primarily used for repair work and short run production.
Chukar utilizes the latest design software including Solidworks, AutoCAD, Inventor Professional & Advanced Steel. We can detail complex structural steel, submittal drawings or even design specialty machinery.
